For set course reservations
When cancelled one day before the day of the reservation： Cancellation fee of 50%
When cancelled on the day of the reservation: Cancellation fee of 100%In the case of reservations for groups of 10 or more people,
in addition to the above, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged
for cancellations made 6 days or less before the day of the reservation.
 
Reservations for seating only
When cancelled one day before the day of the reservation:
Cancellation fee of 15,000 yen per person
When cancelled on the day of the reservation:
Cancellation fee of 30,000 yen per person
 
In the case of reservations for groups of 10 or more people,
in addition to the above, a cancellation fee of 4,500 yen per person
will be charged for cancellations made 6 days or less
before the day of the reservation.
 
*Cancellation fee will not be charged if it is difficult for customers to arrive due to interruption of public transportation or bad weather.
*When multiple reservations have been made within a certain time period, we will contact you to confirm the reservation. Reservations may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you.

<预约套餐时>
针对预约日期，前一天取消费用为50%，当天取消费用为100%。
若人数达10位以上，则在上述内容之外，预约日期6天前取消费用为30%。
 
<仅预约座位时>
前一天取消费用为一人15,000日元，当天取消费用为一人30,000日元。
若人数达10位以上，则在上述内容之外，预约日期6天前取消费用为一人4,500日元。
 
·因公共交通工具停运或恶劣天气而难以来店时，不发生取消费用。
·在一定期限内，若有多个预约，我们将与您联系进行确认。若联系不到，我们将有可能取消您的预约。
