Our seasonal Mont Blanc parfait is a delightful treat.
A sponge cake soaked in maple syrup and brandy is layered with Tofuya Ukai’s rich soy milk cream and a generous amount of chestnut cream from Hyogo Prefecture’s.
Topped with a chestnut-shaped ice cream, toasted chestnut meringue, yuba chips, and chewy mochi balls, this parfait is a true indulgence. Enjoy with a warm chestnut sauce.
